Oct. 2, 9, 16 & 23, Thursday Mornings at B.Marie's Atelier & Gallery.
Learning how to draw takes time, focus and practice, practice, practice! However, there are some tips and tricks to help you learn to see the shapes and relationships of what you are drawing more accurately. Learning to abstract what you see will actually help you to draw it more realistically. If realism isn't your goal, learning to see your subject as shapes, values and relationships will still help you create successful drawings regardless of the style. Half of the battle when learning how to draw is learning how to see and what to look for. Students are often surprised by how quickly they make progress after completing some of these tried and true drawing exercises.
