Explore the effects and techniques of gradually introducing color into your drawings.
Build your confidence by using a limited set of colors and working on a variety of colored paper. Learn how colors play off each other to invoke the viewer, conveying a broad range of emotional responses from calm to energized. Format: Lecture & demonstration, studio practice with individual feedback or one-on-one instruction.
Level: All levels are welcome! No experience is needed. Learn to draw and/or refine your skills.
Medium: Charcoal +/or pastel (sticks/pencils)
Technique: Drawing with limited colors on toned/colored paper
Materials: The instructor will email the materials list before the first day of class.
