Landscape Features in Watercolor: Foliage

Paint beautiful foliage within your landscapes as you unearth new watercolor techniques! Whether trees, bushes, or plants, learn how to create realistic-looking features in watercolor. Each session will focus on different types of foliage.


Some basics on the form and general shape of trees will be addressed. Techniques include how to work with or mix multiple greens, work wet into wet, and use a step-by-step process in the textural layering. Ideal for anyone who would like to learn from live demonstrations or practice within a studio setting.

Meets: Sunday Mornings, 9:30 PM - 12:30 PM

Instructor: Stacy Egan
Format: Demonstration, lecture, studio practice with one-on-one instruction, and individual feedback will be provided.
Level: No experience necessary. Absolute beginner, beginner to intermediate, all levels are welcome!
