Guided Studio Projects: Inspired by 17th Century Masters (Oct. 2016)

Ideal for art lovers, museum-goers, and artists of any skill level who seek to expand their knowledge of artistic styles to find their creative pathway or unique "visual voice!."

Inspiring artistic styles presenting within an engaging studio setting, where participants will complete their art projects each session under individual or one-on-one instruction, using past art styles as a creative springboard for their own artwork and/or for an added dimension in appreciating art.

This series covers the Renaissance, Baroque, and Rococo styles & movements, taught by instructor Linda Chappel, who has 15+ years of teaching college-level Art History combined with her active studio art practice.

Meets: (3) Sunday Mornings at 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (3-hour duration)

Format: Demonstration, lecture, & one-on-one instruction provided during hands-on practice.
Level: Absolute Beginner to Beginner. All levels are welcome!
